Mark Higgins has been in the panel beating and vehicle spray painting business for 30+ years, he has owned and developed the business ByAccident to the success it is today for over 10 years.

Mark continues to develop the business with new technology and processes. The panel and paint shop has grown with a new special purpose paint matching and application bay ensuring quality body paint jobs, which are well excepted by ByAccident's clients private, professional and insurance companies. The use of Eco friendly paints and other aspects of the panel and paint ensures ByAccident does it's part to ensure a greener customer friendly service provider.

The panel shop has been part of the Birkenhead landscape for the past 30 years and may be remembered by some older Birkenhead residents as Bryce Sommerville Panelbeaters.
